The founder Dr.S.Saravanan hails from a humble agricultural family from Tamilnadu. He was offered a rare opportunity to pursue his internship in Japan during his doctoral program. When he landed in Japan he had no knowledge about the Japanese language. Therefore, apparently, he encountered survival challenges in the new environment.

       During his stay in Japan, Dr.Saravanan came to know of the acute shortage of human resource in Japan in various sectors especially in IT and Mechanical sectors. He was aware of the plethora of human workforce in India. While Japan is in dire need of more than 8 Lakh employees, he realized that the single state of Tamil Nadu in India alone produces more than 100 thousand engineers every year. The paucity of human resource in Japan and the abundance of unemployed youth populace in India sowed the thought in Dr. Saravanan to bridge the gap between the nations. From then on, he decided to contribute his might to both his motherland as well as his host country. He has been encouraging and motivating several Indian students through seminars and other possible ways to learn Japanese language and pursue a lucrative career in Japan. He confidently states that the foreign work exposure as well as work experience would be highly beneficial to the development of India.

         Dr. Saravanan is guiding many rural degree holders from humble family background to learn Japanese language and get placement in technologically advanced country with attractive salary. Thus, he has been rendering a yeoman service to the Indian youth community.
